The program of study at JHS consists of two main programs : 1-The National Program (Secondary High School Exam): The curriculum is designed by the Jordanian Ministry of Education and taught by a qualified team of specialists, teachers and trainers. It is spread over two years, consisting of four regular semesters plus one summer practical semester as internship in any of Jordan's finest five or four star hotels. The curriculum is designed to give students extensive hands-on experience at Century Park Hotel and our ultra-modern laboratories. Furthermore, students are also required to complete one semester of full-time training in a hospitality institution during summer vacation. Internships are organized by the School, in collaboration with four and five star hotels in Jordan, to provide students with the highest level of learning and experience.
2-The International Program (IGCSE): The British curriculum which was accredited by the Ministry of Education to be applied next to the National program starting 2010.
