The curriculum is designed to give students extensive hands-on experience in Century Park Hotel and our ultra-modern laboratories. Furthermore, students are also required to complete one semester of full-time training in a Hospitality institution during summer vacation. Internships are organized by the School, in collaboration with four and five star hotels in Jordan, to provide students with the highest level of learning and experience.
